Refund Process
- Contact our support team at kmk@jenvoice.com to request a refund
- Include your order number or subscription ID in the request
- Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- We aim to process valid refund requests promptly
Processing Details
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy
- After your refund request is approved and initiated, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
After Refund
- Account will be converted to free plan immediately
- Access to premium features will be removed
- Dashboard and stored invoices will become inaccessible
- Free plan limitations will apply
Important Note
We recommend downloading any important invoices before requesting a refund as access to the dashboard and stored invoices will be removed once the refund is processed.
