Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Contact our support team at kmk@jenvoice.com to request a refund
  • Include your order number or subscription ID in the request
  • Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • We aim to process valid refund requests promptly

Processing Details

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy
  • After your refund request is approved and initiated, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

After Refund

  • Account will be converted to free plan immediately
  • Access to premium features will be removed
  • Dashboard and stored invoices will become inaccessible
  • Free plan limitations will apply

Important Note

We recommend downloading any important invoices before requesting a refund as access to the dashboard and stored invoices will be removed once the refund is processed.
