How to Cancel
- Log in to your JenVoice account
- Navigate to Profile Settings
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation when prompted
After Cancellation
- Premium access continues until the end of billing period
- No additional charges will be made
- Account automatically converts to free plan after period ends
- Free plan limits will apply after conversion
Data Retention
- Dashboard and stored invoices become inaccessible
- We recommend downloading any important invoices before cancellation
- Premium templates become unavailable
- Invoice limit reverts to free plan allowance (5)
