Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

  • Log in to your JenVoice account
  • Navigate to Profile Settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation when prompted

After Cancellation

  • Premium access continues until the end of billing period
  • No additional charges will be made
  • Account automatically converts to free plan after period ends
  • Free plan limits will apply after conversion

Data Retention

  • Dashboard and stored invoices become inaccessible
  • We recommend downloading any important invoices before cancellation
  • Premium templates become unavailable
  • Invoice limit reverts to free plan allowance (5)
